CU Boulder - Masters of the Environment graduate team created a Capstone Project of East Denver Food Hub and the impacts of food insecurity in our region.

Given the evolving nature of food systems and the growth of East Denver Food Hub and Emerald Gardens, this platform will be updated as incoming graduate students and researchers contribute to the organizations' thriving ecosystem.
